Change the Name to rename a stage on dashboards. Sequence controls order. Tick Delete and Save to remove a stage permanently (activities on that stage become unassigned).
These are the planning task template steps. Edit activity #, name, stage, owner, duration, effort, predecessor (Depends on) and Link (After predecessor / Start together / Finish together). If Depends on is blank, scheduling uses the previous activity by #. Activity # must be unique. Tick Milestone for Gantt diamonds and Upcoming Milestones. Assignees are set per delivery on Epic Detail (Project Resources for the activity owner) — not on this template. Use Add activity to append a new row, then edit and Save. Tick Delete and Save to remove an activity from this lifecycle version (delivery activities keep their data; their design link is cleared until you Refresh from Design).

Save stages & assignments
After saving, sync copies stage, duration, effort, milestone and related settings from lifecycle activities onto existing delivery activities (so the dashboard and Gantt reflect the new settings).
